I’ve been shooting Yorkshire weddings for eight years and I feel very lucky to work in such an exciting and rewarding profession. I enjoy the whole process of meeting new people, finding out about the vision they have for their individual weddings and looking at the best way to deliver it. I have worked in many different venues and my experience of wedding photography in York, as well as further afield, will enable me to perfectly capture the highlights of your big day.
Art and design has always interested me and since school I knew I wanted a career that focused on using my creative skills. I’ve always enjoyed photography but before I began working as a wedding photographer full-time, I worked as a product design and marketing manager. My experience in business taught me the importance of listening to my customers in order to meet their requirements and provide real value for money.
Both weddings and marriage are important to me. I’ve been married to my wife, Jacqui, for twelve years and we have two beautiful children, Cameron and Lydia. We have an exceptional marriage, which is probably why I feel privileged to be involved in helping others begin their married lives together.
As well as photography, I enjoy drumming, running, cycling and travelling. I love watching films, eating curry and drinking Costa coffee, although not all at the same time! If you fancy a chat about your upcoming wedding and you also like Costa coffee (or tea!), you can get in touch using the Contact Form
