Well it was a day everyone was talking about weather wise! On the 4th February I had the pleasure of photographing Gemma & Steve’s wedding at the Merchant Taylors Hall in York. The day started at Gemma’s mums house just over the road from the hall and boy was it cold outside!!! The forecast said snow by 3:00pm and it was looking likely. After spending some time with Gemma I went to meet Steve and the boys at the Vahe Bar on Goodramgate. From there we headed for a few casual shots on the way back to the hall. It was then a brisk walk across the road again to meet Gemma leaving the house. All the time getting colder! The day went well and the snow did arrive at about 2:30pm and came down thick and fast!. Gemma & Steve were great sports and we ventured out for a walk to Grey’s Court just up the road getting some very wintery looking shots along the way.
